BMW i3

The headline for BMW's city car lineup in 2019 is the use of bigger 120 ampere hours (Ah) batteries. Bigger batteres mean better range, and the '19 i3 and i3s can travel 246 km on a full charge, a 30 percent improvement over the previous model. Four models are available: i3, i3s, i3 REX (range extender) and i3s REX. REX models make use of a 647cc 2-cylinder gas engine to extend the i3's range and provide extra power.
