It's the end of the line in 2019 for Chevy's original plug-in as GM has elected to cease Volt production as part of its restructuring plan. Two models are available for the Canadian market, LT and Premier, both of which are powered by an electric motor paired with an 18.4-kWh lithium-ion battery pack that works in conjunction with a 1.5-litre 4-cylinder gas range extender. Combined output is rated at 101 hp / 294 lb-ft. with a pure electric range of about 85 km.
