The replacement for the original M2 in 2019, the M2 Competition moves into 2020 more or less unchanged. Powered by a 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged inline 6-cylinder found in the M4, the M2 Competition can post a 0-100 km/h time of 4.2 seconds (with 7-speed DCT) with a maximum top speed of 280 km/h due to its prodigious output of 405 horsepower and 406 lb-ft. of torque. Available with either a 6-speed manual or 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.
